Every MemoHoney order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from your purchase date, not from when you open the bottle.

How to request a refund

Email the support address in your order confirmation with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Return all bottles, opened or unopened, with the packing slip. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Timing

Refunds usually process within 5 to 10 business days after your return arrives. No restocking fee or minimum-use period is stated.

Who handles refunds

Refunds are handled by the official MemoHoney retailer, not by this information website. Orders from unofficial sellers are not covered.
